The benchmark listing confirms the specifications and features of the Realme GT Neo 5 Lite. The smartphone is coming with the upcoming Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 as revealed in a few earlier leaks. It features the same core configuration of a Cortex-X2 prime core clocked at 2.92GHz, three Cortex-A510 cores at 2.5GHz, and four Cortex-A710 cores working at 1.8GHz. Even the motherboard codename is ‘taro’ as featured in the Geekbench listing of the expected Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1. Further, it features 7.13 GB RAM and features 390 TensorFlow Lite NNAPI Inference Score.

It already passed CMIIT and TENAA certifications, and the recent Geekbench benchmark listing further affirms its imminent launch.

The previous leaks suggest that the Realme GT Neo 5 Lite will feature a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate with a 1.5K resolution. There will be unannounced Omnivision 64MP primary sensors, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a low-res secondary camera on the rear side. However, a 16MP selfie shooter will be present on the smartphone.

Unlike the 240W and 150W charging speeds on Realme GT Neo 5, the Lite variant is expected to come with 100W charging technology for its 5500 mAh battery.

The Realme GT Neo 5 Lite aka GT Neo 5 SE is expected to arrive in China next month. Prior to that, we are set to see the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 launch on March 17.
